REGISTRATION
The fee (€ 200,00 + VAT 22%) covers: get together party, coffee breaks and lunch (13th and 14th November), conference kit.
Social dinner (€ 50,00 + VAT 22%) will be held at MUSE on November, 13th.
CANCELLATION
Should you cancel your registration, the Conference Secretariat must be informed by fax or by e-mail.
The following cancellation conditions will be applied:
Notification received by 1st November total refund (handling fee: euro 20,00).
Notification received after 2nd November no refund.
The appropriate refunds will be made after the conference.
Refunds will not be granted for late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the conference.
PAYMENT
Please note that payment of the fee must be completed within 30 days from the date of completion of the registration form.
