CURRENT POSITION: Substitute Project Leader Modellodlingen at the Property Management Department at the Municipality of Gothenburg

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:  Bachelor's degree in horticultural management

 PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:

2019: Project leader urban gardening at the park department at the municipality of Södertälje.

2019: Plant attendant at a plant factory for the company Bonbio.

2017-2018: Running an urban Farm in Malmö

 

Ebba Wilhelmsson is working within the Property Management Department at the Municipality of Gothenburg, and is currently managing and implementing a case study for a so called Model Farm in the peri-urban landscape of Gothenburg. She does the everyday work with growing vegetables as well as being an educator for the methods of market gardening demonstrated at the farm. Her interest in urban farming comes from a background in permaculture and Human ecology. Before this position she has been working practical with urban farming as well as on a more strategic level. She has experience from her own urban farm in Sweden as well as working on a market garden in Scotland.
