Liliana Zucal

Liliana is a university student attending the last year of Sociology in Trento, where the main topics are
politics, economy, social issues, social innovation and smart use of social media. The last year of Sociology
is a professionalizing course where she learned how to manage an European projects. She also studied
Social Innovation and how to create value in projects and in societies, individualizing problems and how to
improve the general wellness in a lot of fields related to society and communities.

She actually is an intern in Fondazione Mach since march to September 2020. She focused on a university
research about a valley (Non Valley) where the main business rotates about apples and she studied the
local food agricultural system and how to improve it and in the same time how to fix shortcomings.  Her
research interests are about community local systems, sustainable development, biodiversity protection
and enhancement, landscape protection and improvement, circular economy, sustainable tourism.
